You need someone on the ground who's actually in your corner. I handle every step, from the first developer meeting to snagging at handover. And after that: renting it out, or reshaping the portfolio when the time comes.
For investors
Yield, capital growth and a quick resale are three different purchases, and the building that suits one often suits neither of the others. We start from the number you want at the end and work backwards to the right stock.
The developer.
The price is the same whether I'm involved or not.
I am a buyer’s agent. I have access and relationships with the top-quality and boutique developers, as well as the larger government-backed and mass developers. The focus is always on quality, whatever the size of the investment.
Every investor has a different need and a different strategy. My role is to stay agnostic towards any developer, and to protect the buyer. I bring the right investor to the right developer. If the proposition is not right, we find the project that works for you, at no cost to you.

We start with a WhatsApp enquiry or a short call to understand your situation before we talk about property.
I meet developers to assess the options, then bring back a focused shortlist for you to consider.
In person if you're here, on Zoom if you're not, we go deeper on the strategy and the options.
We view the options, work on the deal and manage the handover process throughout.
If off-plan is the wrong answer for you, I will say so.
Asked every time
Dubai isn't one city with one centre and one uptown. It's a set of expanding urban centres — the 2040 plan is built around people living, working and staying inside their own area. So the location question here isn't the one you'd ask back home.
There's no single right answer. Chasing yield? You want density. Buying to live in? You probably want quiet. Simple — but it changes everything.
There are areas I'd steer you away from. Not because they're bad, but because they would be average decisions with average outcomes.
Same answer, one level down. Unit type, floor, layout and view all move the resale price and the rent by different amounts. I will show you how those levers work so you can judge the next project without me.
I get asked this constantly. For one person the answer is a townhouse. For the next it's a premium one-bed on the water in Abu Dhabi. For someone else it's a commercial office in Motor City.
The number tells me almost nothing on its own. I need to know timeline, cash flow, yield or growth, how you plan to exit, and what you already own.
All of it can be done over Zoom.
Once we've picked the project, I take it from there: booking the unit, negotiating the plan and the terms, reviewing the contract, handling KYC/AML, and staying with you through snagging and handover. Mortgage if you need one. Leasing or resale after.
You never have to set foot in the UAE. The buyer's guide lays out every stage in order.
Both work.
I bought my own home because I wanted to live without a landlord. Not to make money. Everyone's reason is different.
There are sound principles on both sides. The right answer depends on where you are in your life and what actually matters to you.

Start with the goal, not the listings. Flipping, yield, capital growth, living in it and a golden visa all point at different buildings. Once the goal is clear, most of the noise stops being relevant and the shortlist gets short quickly.
